อะไรทำให้มนุษย์มีความเป็นมนุษย์
'ความสัมพันธ์ยิ่งลึกซึ้ง ความเป็นผู้นำยิ่งแข็งแกร่ง' เป็นคำพูดของผู้เขียนหนังสือผู้นำไร้ตำแหน่ง หรือ Robin Sharma
เขาให้ข้อคิดในเรื่องความเป็นผู้นำที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีตำแหน่งในชีวิตจริงไว้ว่า ความสัมพันธ์เป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญมาก และเคล็ดลับในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นประกอบด้วยคำ 5 คำ คือ HUMAN
 
H - Helpfulness
U - Understanding
M - Mingle
A - Amuse
N - Nurture
โดยแต่ละตัวอักษรหมายถึง...
H = การให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้คนให้มากที่สุด
U = การเข้าอกเข้าใจผู้อื่นโดยอาศัยการฟังอย่างตั้งใจจริง ซึ่งจะทำให้ผู้ได้รับการรับฟังรู้สึกปลอดภัยและเชื่อใจ
M = ไปมาหาสู่กัน ร่วมทุกข์ร่วมสุขทั้งในยามสบายและลำบาก
A = สนุกสนาน เพิ่มการเล่นในการทำงาน ทำให้ลดความเครียดและเพิ่มความกระตือรือร้น
N = ทะนุถนอม ปฏิบัติต่อผู้คนด้วยความเมตตา ทำให้ทุกคนที่ผ่านเข้ามาในชีวิตเรามีความสุขมากขึ้น มีชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
มาปลุกความเป็น HUMAN ในตัวคุณเพื่อเสริมสร้างรอยยิ้มและความสุขให้แก่ตัวเองและคนรอบข้างกันค่ะ

He urges us to think about leadership which doesn't require actual title in real life. He emphasized the importance of relationships and suggested tips to keep good relationship with others which are by 5 letters - HUMAN
 
H - Helpfulness
U - Understanding
M - Mingle
A - Amuse
N - Nurture
Each letter actually means...
H = helping people as much as we can
U = understand others by truly listening to them which makes speaker feel safe and trust
M = mingle to each others; share with them on both happiness and tramas
A = have fun and engage more fun environment at work to reduce stress and add more enthusiasm
N = nurture relationship by doing things with mercy, making all people who come by our lives happier and have a better life
