"โลกไม่ควรลืมว่าสหรัฐอเมริกาเองต่างหากที่ทรยศต่อหลักการทูต โดยสนับสนุนให้ระบอบการฆ่าล้างเผ่าพันธุ์อิสราเอลเปิดฉากสงครามรุกรานอิหร่านอย่างผิดกฎหมาย
สหรัฐอเมริกาเองยังไม่พอใจกับการกระทำอันชั่วร้ายดังกล่าว และเลือกที่จะใช้ปฏิบัติการทางทหารที่อันตรายและรุกรานประชาชนชาวอิหร่าน
ในการกระทำดังกล่าว รัฐบาลสหรัฐอเมริกาต้องรับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวต่อผลที่ตามมาจากการกระทำของตน ซึ่งรวมถึงสิทธิในการป้องกันตนเองของสาธารณรัฐอิสลามแห่งอิหร่านภายใต้หลักการของกฎบัตรแห่งสหรัฐอเมริกาด้วย"
