I would say it depends on your satisfaction and how fast do you understand the program and theory.

What is this program?
In this field, there are two main programs that have been used which are FL Studio and Logic. From the video is FL Studio.
So, what are the different? You might not believe this!!!
Logic uses on MacBook or apple products and FL Studio is on Microsoft platform.
There are arguments between these programs which one is better?
From my suggestion, just use what you have Microsoft or MacBook, but I am not a fan of MacBook. Thus, I use FL studio, it can be downloaded for free, but free version is not allowed you to save or export your works. On the other hand, you guy can use it for try and practice program. Both programs look pretty the same (from the figure).

How am I going to provide note and melody?
Note and Melody, Do you like study?
There is a theory for providing note and melody also which mean that you do not have to be musician, you are be able to do also.

Next, if you understand the theory already, please check the link below; they will teach you guy how to make chord progression by piano. “Trust me” since I watched video, I can do like them also lol. It is not that hard.
Who is going to teach me how to use the program?
Have you ever copied other people homework?
Sometime copy could be benefits and drawbacks which depend on your purpose. For practicing program is BENEFITS for SURE, but do not ever steal anyone work.

I have used FL Studio for 6 months already, it is pretty fun and hopefully I will get better.
Basically, I almost quite playing game.
