I tried three times for university,all failed.

I applied for Havard for ten times,all failed,
they don't even want to see me.

For the last time,I went to the teachers college, which was considered,the third or fourth class of my city.
"ครั้งสุดท้าย เขาได้ไปหาอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยโดยหวังว่าพวกเขาจะพิจารณาอีกสักครั้ง"

So,I applied jobs, for 30 times.Got rejected.

It was so difficult at that time,I was so frustrated.

And 23 of them against it. They said: This is a stupid idea.

Because everybody said: well this guy think differently; think crazily.

You know,he'll think about something that will never work.

I tried to borrow $3,000 from the banks.
it took me three months but I still cannot get it.

We talked to over 30 or 40 venture capitalists. Everybody said no.Forget it.

A lot of people said, Alibaba is a terrible model.

As I said:" I believe it. I think this think could be big.If we keep on working.

I never thought it would be that big like today.

But I believe that something is waiting for me there.

and I have to work hard to prove myself.

That was a tough experience

Well,I hope.
But why it keep going ahead going forward?
"แต่ทำไมผมยังทำมันต่อไปอีกล่ะ?
Because I received lots of emails of thanks from the customers.
"เพราะว่าผมได้รับคำขอบคุณมากมาย ผ่านทางอีเมล์ จากลูกค้า"
They say:"This is such a great thing.We cannot pay you but this thing helped us.
"พวกเขาพูดว่า "นี่คือสิ่งที่ยอดเยี่ยม พวกเราไม่สามารถจ่ายเป็นเงินให้กับคุณ แต่สิ่งนี้มันช่วยพวกเราอย่างมาก"
If you keep on helping us,one day you will successful."And I believed this.
"ถ้าคุณยังคงช่วยเหลือเราต่อไป วันหนึ่งคุณจะประสบความสำเร็จและผมก็เชื่อแบบนั้น"
Little by little we built up our business.
"ทีละนิด ทีละน้อย ค่อยๆสร้างธุรกิจของพวกเรา"
Little by little we built up our ecosystem of the infrastructure.
"ทีละน้อยทีละนิดค่อยๆสร้าง ระบบเศรษฐกิจของพวกเราและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอื่นๆ"
And now after 16 years,we have Alibaba group,we have a Tmall group,we have a Taobao group,we have Alipay

And people said:" You are so smart,how could you make a company like that?"

Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Jack welch, Larry page,Mark Zuckerberg.The different between those people and other people, they are always optimistic for the future.
"บิลเกตส์ วอร์เรนบัฟเฟตต์ แจ็ค เวลล์, ลอร์รี่ เพจ,มาร์ค ซัคเคอร์เบิร์ก สิ่งที่แตกต่างระหว่างพวกเขาเหล่านั้นกับคนอื่นๆ คือพวกเขามอง
อนาคตในแง่ดีเสมอ"
They never complain,They always try to solve the problems of the others.
"พวกเขาไม่เคยบ่น พวกเขาพยายามแก้ไขปัญหาให้ผู้อื่นเสมอ"
When you're optimistic; there's always opportunity.
"เมื่อคุณมองโลกในแง่ดี จะมีโอกาสเข้ามาเสมอ"
People say the same thing here today:"Jack where is the opportunity?"

I don't have a job.

The best asset you have is that you are young.

Don't complain.Let the others people complain.

The opportunity always lies where people complain.

Think about how you can make things different.

And then when you think about this start to do it.

I saw a lot of people,young people have fantastic idea every evening.

But in the morning they go to the office, same again.

You have to wake up before the other people wake up.

You have to be more brave than the other.

"When I was young I went to Hangzhou West Lake."

There is a hotel many foreign visitors visit there.
"ที่นั่นมีโรงแรมมากมายที่ชาวต่างชาติเข้ามาพัก"
And I went there every morning five o'clock to practice my English.
"และผมเดินทางไปที่นั่นทุกเช้าเวลาตีห้าเพื่อไปฝึกภาษาอังกฤษของผม"
The foreign visitors come,I practice my English.
"เมื่อนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติมา ผมก็เข้าไปฝึกภาษาอังกฤษ"
I don't know why at that time
"ตอนนั้นผมก็ไม่รู้ว่าทำไม"
But I found everything.
"แต่ผมค้นพบทุกๆสิ่ง"
the foreign visitors told me are so different from the things my parents told me, my teacher told me and the newspaper I read.
"นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ บอกผม มันช่างแตกต่างกันจากสิ่งที่พ่อแม่บอกผม สิ่งที่คุณครูสอน และสิ่งที่ผมได้อ่านจากหนังสือพิมพ์"
So since then I think everything with my own brain.
"ดังนั้นผมจึงคิดทุกอย่างด้วยสมองของผมเอง"
Use your own brain to think.
"ใช้สมองของคุณคิด"
To everybody,to any person tomorrow is now.
"สำหรับทุกๆคน ใครก็ตาม พรุ่งนี้คือวันใหม่เสมอ"
Make the move, Make the action.
"จงเคลื่อนไหว ลงมือทำซะ"
Whether investor believe it or not.
"ไม่ว่านักลงทุนจะเชื่อมันหรือไม่ก็ตาม"
Whether your friends believe it or not.
"ไม่ว่าเพื่อนของคุณจะเชื่อมันหรือไม่ก็ตาม"
Whether your parents believe it or not.
"ไม่ว่าพ่อแม่ ครอบครัวของคุณจะเชื่อมันหรือไม่ก็ตาม"
That's not important.
"มันไม่สำคัญหรอก"
You believe it.Your team believes it.And work day and night on this.

Make enough mistakes,You fall you stand up.

If you really want to work for yourself think about the other.Because only when the other people are successful, when the other people are happy, you will successful; you will be happy.
"ถ้าคุณอยากทำงานเพื่อตัวเอง ให้นึกถึงคนอื่น เพราะเพียงแค่ผู้อื่นประสบความสำเร็จ เมื่อผู้อื่นมีความสุข คุณก็จะประสบผลสำเร็จ คุณก็จะมี ความสุข"
Don't worry about the money. Money follows the people.
"อย่ากังวลเรื่องเงิน เพราะเงินมันวิ่งตามคน"
People should follow their dreams.
"ผู้คนควรตามหาความฝัน"
If you have a dream just to go ahead.
"ถ้าคุณมีความฝันแค่ลุยไปข้างหน้ากับมัน"
