💡Living life with minimalism is the way to live your life with conscious choice or intentional choice. This means you choose to focus on what is really important; what matters the most. You then remove or let go of any excessive stuffs that have been distracting your life for a long while.
💡Most articles about minimalism emphasize on how embracing minimalism would benefits us: having more time, less anxiety (as feeling lighter), more freedom and hence happiness.
💡what about, let say, you are living your life with minimalism in term of having less tangible materials in your house but your mind is still carrying countless intangible stuffs (basically, they’re your psychological baggages) from the past, from childhood experiences or even current unsolved issues?
💡Do you really believe that living your life in a white room or white (colour) house with only necessary devices could really make you happy when your mind is still unsettled?
💡In fact, living with minimalism is not only about having less stuffs but also, or even more, about what you should really pay your attention or your focus on.
💡Personally, I strongly believe that happiness can be found from the mind with less thoughts; the mind that is carrying less crazy, unnecessary thoughts. Less disturbances.
