⚖️😊I read this book not because I had a failed relationship or anything like that (Did I?... 😂 😂 but the title of the book attracted me like, a kind of, love at first sight! 💕 📖
⚖️😊 It is really interesting book. The chapter or the part that attracted me the most, and I have committed wholeheartedly and still adhered to this idea or advice whenever there is a disappointment in some aspects of my life.
⚖️😊 ข้อคิดนี่ชื่อว่า ตารางทั้งชีวิต (บทที่ 8)
⚖️😊 It is called ‘The Whole Life Grid’ - Chapter 8.

⚖️😊What the author recommend is that it is wise and necessary that each person should divide his/her life into nine categories or areas, and we must equally give our attention to all of them. Try our best at least...
⚖️😊This is because if there is a disappointment in one particular area, regardless of how much damages that area was, our life should be able to survive holding on to the success of other areas. Those areas would help us to overcome the disappointment and is able to move on.
⚖️😊My point is we don’t need to wait until our life came across with a disappointment. What about we proactively use this ‘whole life grid’ to assess the way we have lived our lives. Would it be a good idea to do so? Right?
⚖️😊 One needs to look closely to which life-areas one has not given enough attention and which areas have been the opposite. Then it is advisable to adjust the time and attention accordingly in order to live a balanced.⚖️💡
⚖️😊Notes: ensure that people around you know and understand about this - about your intention to live a balanced life. This is because if you change the way you do, someone, who is in your life, might not cope well if you give them less attention.
