I totally agree that saying YES to ourselves is good and offers several benefits but that doesn't mean saying NO to ourselves is negative. Don't you think?
It is very healthy to learn to say NO to yourself! การปฏิเสธตัวเองบ้างในบางเรื่องมันก็เป็นผลดีกับตัวเราเหมือนกันนะ
This means you are thoroughly paying attention to your emotions, to your genuine feelings. You are observing your own thoughts before saying NO to whatever that comes in your way.
See? Right now, I think you would agree with me that saying NO to yourself, if for a good reason, helps you to improve your quality of life in many areas. It will expand or increase the level of your independence and freedom (that you deserve).

Being stressed is (mostly) self-inflicted. You work too much (Be mindful of this, you are not using the word 'NO' as an excuses for your laziness.) You worry too much. You are being overwhelmed by your endless 'to-do’ listsssssss.... 😭
Saying NO to yourself, when you realise that whatever you are about to say 'YES' doesn't make any sense, it seems wrong or, the most important thing, it's compromising or lowering your self-respect or your integrity. Then simply just say 'NO' to it.

You must say NO when it is not a priority. This is not easy. In order to do so, you need to be able to identify what you 'need' to do from what you 'want' to do.
Try it! Come on... Be strong. Say NO to any temptations that have negative impacts on your well-beings both physical and psychological. I know you can do it!
