When smiling control muscle is activated. It will stimulate the brain's reward system to release endorphin which elevate our mood positively (Fake smile can also help)
3. Stand up straight and chin up
Confident posture helps to adjust the body response mechanism, you will feel more decisive, think positively and also increase your energy level.
4. Calm your face
When you are angry, your eyebrow muscles are tensed, it sends bodily signals to the brain to interpret anger. Luckily, the easiest way to solve the situation is to calm your face by relaxing your eyebrows and jaw, these will dramatically help to reduce negative emotions.
