การนำระบบคำสั่งปฎิบัติการพิเศษจากคลื่นเสียงมนุษย์สั่งการ หรือที่เราเรียกคุ้นกันว่า “SIRI” ในระบบสมาร์ตโฟน และในโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ บางโครงการมีชื่อเรียกว่า “Alexsa” ของ Apus Development Group เป็นต้น
A.I. หรือ Artificial Intelligence คือ หนึ่งศาสตร์ด้านวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ และวิศวกรรมเป็นหลัก แต่แท้จริงแล้ว ก็ต้องอาศัยศาสตร์ในด้านอื่นด้วย ทั้งจิตวิทยา ปรัชญา และชีววิทยา
หากให้ตีความหมายคำจำกัดความ A.I. คือ ระบบที่มนุษย์พยายามพัฒนาให้คอมพิวเตอร์ฉลาดมากขึ้น, ประมวลผลได้แม่นยำขึ้นและมีความสามารถเท่าเทียมหรือล้ำหน้ากว่ามนุษย์ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 5 แนว คือ
1. ระบบที่คิดเหมือนมนุษย์
2. ระบบที่กระทำเหมือนมนุษย์
3. ระบบที่คิดอย่างมีเหตุผล
4. ระบบที่กระทำอย่างมีเหตุผล
5. ระบบจดจำ บันทึกข้อมูลสถิติและประมวลผลนำไปสู่ Big Data & Data Analytics
ทั้งนี้ ระบบการจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูลและระบบบันทึกพฤติกรรมของมนุษย์ในการใช้งานที่ผ่านระบบ Conputer อาทิ ข้อมูลพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้งาน Facebook และจำนวนบุคคลที่เข้าใช้ระบบ Google รวมถึง การจดจำรูปแบบ life style มนุษย์ ซึ่วถือว่าเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญที่ทางนักการตลาด มักจะนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้ในการทำการตลาดเชิงลึกต่อไป เป็นต้น.
ยกตัวอย่าง บริษัทอย่าง Google ก็ใช้ A.I. กับ Google Map คำนวณระยะทางและเวลาช่วยเราตัดสินใจเลือกเส้นทางเดินรถได้แม่นยำขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ในธุรกิจสายการบิน ก็มีการใช้ A.I. ในการบินแบบ Autopilot มาซักระยะอยู่แล้ว หรือ โปรแกรม Siri ใน iPhone ก็เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ A.I. ที่ Apple กำลังพัฒนาให้ใช้งานได้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
โดยรวมก็คือ ธุรกิจทั่วโลก มีความพัฒนาใช้เทคโนโลยี A.I. มาเพิ่มประสบการณ์การใช้งานและการบริการมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ
ที่น่าสนใจคือ A.I. เนี่ย จุดแข็งของมันที่มันพยายามเลียนแบบมนุษย์ให้ได้ และเป็นข้อดีของมนุษย์เลยก็คือ การไม่หยุดเรียนรู้

AI is slowly becoming part of our daily lives. In fact, it’s in almost everything we use.
The advancement of technology has created endless possibilities to businesses and it is only fair that the property industry is making used of it.
The usage of AI can already be seen in a lot of the smart houses around the world where house owners can control the lights, temperature and security features before they even reach home. However, owner’s living condition isn’t the only way AI is changing the property industry.
With the help of AI devices such as Google Home, property tenants can pay rent or extend lease without the hassle of meeting at their agent’s office. Tenants can also use AI to report on maintenance issues or any other security issues to their respective agents or landlords.
On top of that, AI can also offer suggestions on maintenance issues as well as provide tenants with guidelines on property maintenance. This is going to save the time of landlords and agents who are dealing with multiple properties. Furthermore, the ease of communication between landlords, agents and tenants will attract tenants to stay longer, cutting the costs of landlords and agents to find new residents.
Definitely a good reason to start implementing AI into your property management!
