For a light lunch, I would like to present “Sardines & Kale Spicy Salad.”
1. Preheat the oven at 180 °C, Put Canned Sardines in the oven for 10 Minutes. (Canned food should re-heat again to prevent mercury).
2. In the meantime, Soften the Kale with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper.
3. Top the Kale with Cooked Sardines, Red Onion, Cilantro, & Lime Juice (You can season as your liking).
