its okay to not be okay
Stress and depression are not bad as you think. However, it is usual for us to be stressed from school and work or when we encounter unexpected events in life.
When you move to a new high school or new university, you think it feels like the end of the world, but if you grow up, you will think it's okay. It's just a brand new beginning. Finally, you can learn how to stand on your own feet.
Depression can make you sad, lonely, and drowning. It's not good if it makes you think that doing something so wrong is not good at all.
I can tell you that it's okay not to be Okay cause you can learn the important lesson in your life more substantially and can stand on your own, and when you are faced with a problem, you can overcome it.
