So United prefer to clean up the team because there are some players they consider to be surplus players in their squad.

The report claims there are three players who will be released by Erik Ten Hag this winter.
They are Tom Heaton, Axel Tuanzebe and Phil Jones. These three players are considered to be only surplus players in the Red Devils squad.
So United will listen to every offer that comes in for these three players and are ready to let them all go.
Recruit Right-Back
According to the rumors, Manchester United still opened up the opportunity to sign a new right-back this winter.
But they will only sign a new right-back if Aaron Wan-Bissaka pulls out of Old Trafford this winter.
