5.1.1.3 Process owners
Top management must identify process owners who are given the responsible for managing the organization’s processes and related outputs. Process owners must understand their roles and should be competent to perform those roles.

 การทบทวน การอนุมัติ การสื่อสาร เมื่อกระบวนการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Reviewing, approving and communicating process changes and/or improvements)
 การขับเคลื่อนการปรับปรุงเป้าหมาย (Driving towards system improvement goals.)
 การเป็นผู้นำในการหาโอกาสเพื่อการปรับปรุง (Periodically presenting to Leadership the current state of improvement and opportunities.)
