Scholarly structuralism: because to grow the flowers, we have to focus on it. We have to pour the water on time and give fertilizer appropriately, not too much or not too little. Then watch it grow beautifully.
So as a teacher, we need to know the background of students' abilities. Give them more time to practice. Do not rush on them so much in ١!learning or giving them overloading of homework but we should slowly focus more on outcomes. Just be flexible with their effort but do not ignore them. Especially the low ability students.
Romantic Radicalism: School should give the opportunity for students to find the strength of themselves and build them to be unique and to become an alternative school. As growing the flowers, we need to take care of them. We have to love to do it for we will get the most beautiful flower and the most unique.
