ศัพท์ในวันนี้: Ain’t
ในเพลงภาษาอังกฤษ (หรือแม้แต่ในหนัง/ภาพยนตร์) หลาย ๆ ท่านน่าจะเคยเจอคำว่า ain’t แล้วงงว่ามันคืออะไร แต่ในวันนี้ผมจะมาบอกว่ามันคืออะไรครับ
Ain’t จะสามารถใช้ได้ 2 แบบ ดังนี้:
1. is not, am not, are not
2. has not, have not
Examples:
- I ain’t been teaching math for so long.
- The weather is good, ain’t it?
- I ain’t got a car.
- She ain’t cooking now. She’s now at work.
