This plan comprises five key strategies:
Promoting Optimal Early Childhood Development: This strategy focuses on providing balanced and hygienic meals, a supplementary milk program, health check-ups, and fostering good hygiene habits. It also includes organizing diverse and integrated play-based learning activities to promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
Developing Morality, Ethics, and Local Wisdom: This involves instilling virtues such as discipline, honesty, responsibility, and respect, as well as promoting the learning of local wisdom and preserving Thai arts and culture.
Developing Buildings and Environments to be a Child-Friendly Center: This focuses on improving and maintaining buildings, facilities, procuring standard learning materials and toys, and creating a clean, safe, and pollution-free environment.
Personnel Development and Enhancing Educational Management Potential: This strategy aims to develop the knowledge, abilities, and skills of personnel to be experts in early childhood care and education management, including promoting the use of technology in education management.
Promoting Family and Community Participation: This involves creating an efficient, transparent, and sustainable management system, emphasizing participation and the optimal utilization of resources.
Each strategy has clear objectives and success indicators to ensure that operations adhere to the National Early Childhood Development Center Standards and the Early Childhood Education Curriculum B.E. 2560 (2017). Budget allocation and resource management will be conducted with utmost transparency and efficiency under the Sufficiency Economy
Philosophy, to ensure maximum benefit from investment in child and community development. The plan also defines robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track progress, identify obstacles, and continuously refine the plan
The main goals for 2026-2030 are to:
Develop the quality of early childhood education to be age-appropriately effective (target 98-100%).
Instill morality and local wisdom.
Manage the environment and ensure safety (target 96-100%).
Develop personnel and promote student learning (target 98-100%).
Foster family and community participation (target 98-100%).
This plan emphasizes the implementation of a school curriculum adapted to cultural, social, and local contexts, and adheres to the National Early Childhood Development Center Standards for internal quality assurance.
