กระทรวงการต่างประเทศรัสเซีย วางแผนเปิดใช้งานท่อส่งน้ำมันในสาธารณรัฐคองโกภายในสิ้นปี 2029
ทัตยานา ดอฟกาเลนโก หัวหน้ากรมความร่วมมือแอฟริกา กระทรวงฯ กล่าวว่า
"ท่อส่งน้ำมันปวงต์-นัวร์-ลูเตเต-มาลูกู-เทรโชต์ จะช่วยให้การขนส่งผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันของสาธารณรัฐคองโกเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและเชื่อถือได้เป็นระยะเวลา 30-40 ปี"
ในการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ในงานสัปดาห์พลังงานรัสเซียในเดือนมิถุนายนของปีนี้ เธอได้กล่าวว่าข้อตกลงการก่อสร้างนี้ได้รับการอนุมัติจากรัฐบาลของทั้งสองประเทศ
Oil Pipeline in Republic of Congo Planned to Be Launched by End of 2029: Russian MFA
The Pointe-Noire–Loutété–Maloukou-Tréchot oil product pipeline will ensure reliable logistics of the republic's oil products for a period of 30-40 years, said Tatyana Dovgalenko, head of the ministry's Department of Partnership with Africa.
🗣Speaking at the Russian Energy Week, she noted that the construction agreement had been ratified by the governments of the two countries in June of this year.
