Die Casting Process คือ กระบวนการขึ้นรูปโลหะ โดยการฉีดน้ำหลอมเหลวโลหะ เข้าไปในแม่พิมพ์ ด้วยแรงดันสูง และปล่อยให้เย็น และแข็งตัวในแม่พิมพ์ จากนั้น ก็นำไปผ่านกระบวนการตกแต่งต่างๆ จนได้ ออกมากเป็น ชิ้นงานตามต้องการ
Die Casting Process is a metal forming process by injecting molten metal into the mold with high pressure and cool until solidify in the mold, then ejector casted parts from the mold send to finishing process and machining process, until got the good parts.

The Die Casting industry is expected to grow steadily and continuously, driven by various industries in each region around the world, including Thailand and the SEA region, and by technological developments. The growth of the Die Casting industry in Thailand and the SEA region depends on several important related factors.
1) การขยายตัวของตลาดอุตสาหกรรมด้านยานยนต์
ชิ้นส่วนอะลูมิเนียม เป็นชิ้นส่วนหลักของยานยนต์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ยานยนต์น้ำมัน หรือยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า ก็ตาม โดยเฉพาะในยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า ชิ้นส่วนหลักๆ ก็คือ ชิ้นส่วนอะลูมิเนียม เช่น Electronics Control Units, Battery, Motor, On Broad Charger และ ชิ้นส่วนอื่นๆ เนื่องด้วย อะลูมิเนียม มีความทนทาน แข็งแรง และมีน้ำหนักเบา
1) Expansion of the automotive industry market
Aluminum parts are a core component of both gasoline-powered and electric vehicles. Especially in electric vehicles main components is the aluminum such as electronic control units, batteries, motors, on-board chargers and other components, because of the aluminum properties e.g. durability, strength, and light weight.

นโยบายการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ เช่น สิทธิประโยชน์ทางด้านภาษี, การลงทุน, การวิจัยพัฒนา หรือ ช่วยในการดึงนักลงทุนจากต่างประเทศ
6) Organizational and governmental support
Policies to promote and support government initiatives such as tax incentives, investment, research and development or to attract foreign investors.
นอกจากปัจจัยดังกล่าวที่ว่ามาแล้วนั้น ยังมีปัจจัยอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย ที่สามารถส่งผลต่อการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรม Die Casting ใน ประเทศไทย และ SEA เพราะฉะนั้นแล้ว ทุกๆ ปัจจัย ต้องมีการปรับปรุงพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ อุตสาหกรรม Die Casting มีความเติบโตได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และมั่นคง ต่อไป
Besides the factors mentioned above, there are many other factors that could influence the growth of the die casting industry in Thailand and SEA. Therefore, all factors must be continually improved and developed to ensure the continued and stable growth of the die casting industry.
