A highly efficient and versatile forming process by injecting molten aluminum into a mold at fixed / clamped on the die casting machine.
Molten metal is injected into the mold until it filled into the mold and compress it tightly with high pressure until the molten metal cools down and solidifies. After that, take out the casted parts from the mold passed through the finishing and machining processes, and various other processes until the desired workpiece is obtained with high accuracy in the dimensions of the die casted parts.
Hot chambers die casting machines is a specialized machine that combines a metal melting & holding furnace and injection system together. Forming metal parts with complex shapes with short cycle time, high efficiency and high accuracy. Suitable for mass production of small to medium sized products with metal low melting point temperature such as zinc, lead, tin and some magnesium alloys.
Hot chambers die casting machines is a specialized machine that uses ladle to fill the molten metal into the sleeve of injection unit, then piston injecting molten metal into mold with high pressure. Forming with high temperature, complex shape, is highly efficient and precise. The mostly metals used for forming are aluminum, magnesium and copper alloys.

ข้อดี ของกระบวนการ aluminum high pressure die casting
Advantages of aluminum high pressure die casting process
1. Capable of forming complex parts and thin-walled parts with high precision and efficiency with consistent part size control.
2. Capable of producing high volume of parts in a short period of time with short cycle times, suitable to produce for high-volume production.
3. Simple manufacturing processes offer low unit costs for high-volume production.
4. The parts are strength and lightweight, highly corrosion-resistant, have good electrical conductivity, and have excellent heat dissipation properties.
ข้อเสีย ของกระบวนการ aluminum high pressure die casting
Disadvantages of aluminum high pressure die casting process
1. High initial production costs, mold are expensive, machinery is expensive, and tools and equipment require advanced technology.
2. There must be an appropriate regular process maintenance tooling, mold and machine because of the limited of the lifetime (production process which involves high temperatures and high pressures).
3. There are various defects that can occur in the casting process if proper process control is not implemented, such as porosity, incomplete injection, and a cold shut.
4. There are design limitations on the size of the mold and machinery, which must be consistent, and there are some limitations on the casting process.
5. There are limitations in the materials used in production. They must be metals with a lower melting point than the steel used for molds, such as aluminum, zinc, and magnesium.
