ความแตกต่างไม่ใช่อุปสรรค หากเราเปิดใจ เราจะได้มุมมองใหม่ที่เปลี่ยนวิธีคิดของเราไปตลอดกาล
สวัสดีฮะ ชนันเองนะครับ
วันนี้อยากมาแบ่งปันอีกหนึ่งวันที่ไม่ได้มี “กิจกรรมเยอะ”
แต่กลับเต็มไปด้วย จิตใจ ที่คนอินเดียมอบให้
เมื่อวานมีคนถามว่าที่นี่ต้องทำอะไรเยอะไหม
คำตอบคือ… แทบไม่มีเลย
แต่สิ่งที่มีอยู่ตลอดคือ ความใส่ใจ
ตอนเที่ยง ผมนั่งทานข้าวกับพี่ ๆ คนอินเดีย
แทบไม่ได้พูดอะไรกันมาก
กินเสร็จ ผมก็ลุกไปล้างจานเอง
เป็นเรื่องเล็ก ๆ แต่รู้สึกดีมาก
หลังจากนั้นผมกลับมานั่งอ่านหนังสืออยู่ในห้องอาจารย์คนเดียว
(นั่งคนเดียวไม่ใช่ว่าไม่มีใครคบนะครับ 55555
แค่หาพี่ ๆ เขาไม่ค่อยเจอ 😂)
ยอมรับว่าแอบรู้สึกท้ออยู่นิดหน่อย
สักพัก พี่ ๆ เดินเข้ามาถามว่า
“เป็นยังไงบ้าง อาหารอร่อยไหม”
เราก็ได้นั่งคุยและแบ่งปันความรู้สึกกัน
ด้วยภาษาอังกฤษที่ยังไม่แข็งแรงเท่าไหร่
ผมบอกเขาไปตรง ๆ ว่า
ผมเปิดใจลองอาหารอินเดียทุกเมนูนะ
แต่บางอย่างกลิ่นแรงไปนิด 😅
พี่เขาหัวเราะ 555+
แล้วบอกว่าแม่ครัวฝากมาบอกว่า
ถ้าอยากกินอะไร ให้ไปบอกได้เลย
แค่นั้นเอง…
ผมก็รู้เลยว่าพวกเขาใส่ใจเรามากแค่ไหน
ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องอาหาร
แต่รวมถึงเรื่องที่นอนด้วย
พวกเขาพยายามหาที่นอนที่ดีที่สุดให้ผม
ถึงขั้นยกที่นอนให้
แล้วตัวเขาเองไปปูเสื่อนอนที่พื้นแทน
บอกตรง ๆ ว่า
ผมได้รับทั้งความรักและความเมตตาแบบ 100%
โดยที่ไม่ต้องร้องขออะไรเลย
การมาอินเดียครั้งนี้
เป็นครั้งแรกที่ผมใช้ชีวิตแบบคนอินเดียจริง ๆ
และผมชอบที่นี่มาก
ที่สำคัญกว่านั้น
ผมมาในฐานะของคนที่ ยังไม่รู้ ยังทำอะไรไม่ได้
เป็นคนอ่อนแอ และต้องการความช่วยเหลือ
และในจุดนั้นเอง
ผมได้เห็นหัวใจของคนอินเดียชัดเจนมาก
หัวใจที่พร้อมจะสอน พร้อมจะช่วย
และพร้อมจะแบ่งปัน
วันนี้ผมกำลังจะได้เดินทางไปต่างจังหวัด
เพื่อทำกิจกรรมอาสาสมัครต่อ
ถ้ามีโอกาส
ผมอยากจะกลับมาแบ่งปันทั้งประสบการณ์และจิตใจดี ๆ
เพื่อเชื่อมโยงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกันให้มากขึ้น
การเป็นอาสาสมัครที่นี่
ทำให้หัวใจผมเติบโตขึ้นจริง ๆ
และผมอยากส่งต่อจิตใจนี้ให้ทุกคนเช่นกัน 🤍

Hello, it’s Chanan.
Today, I’d like to share another day of my volunteer life in India—not a day full of activities, but a day full of heart.
Yesterday, someone asked me if I had many tasks to do here.
Honestly, not really.
But what I receive every day is something much more meaningful—care and kindness.
At lunchtime, I sat and ate with the Indian seniors.
We didn’t talk much.
After the meal, I washed my own dishes.
It was a small moment, but it felt good.
Later, I sat alone reading in the teacher’s room.
(Not because no one talks to me 😂
It’s just hard to find everyone sometimes.)
I’ll admit—it felt a little lonely.
After a while, they came in and asked,
“How are you? Was the food good?”
We started sharing our thoughts in English—
not perfect English, but honest English.
I told them I’m open to trying all Indian food,
even though some smells are a bit strong for me.
They laughed 😄
Then they told me the cook said,
“If you want to eat anything, just tell us.”
In that moment, I truly felt how much they cared.
It wasn’t only about food.
They also tried to find the best place to sleep for me.
They gave me the bed
and chose to sleep on the floor themselves.
I received nothing but love and generosity,
without asking for attention or anything in return.
This is my first time living life the Indian way,
and I honestly love it here.
Most importantly,
I came here as someone who doesn’t know much,
someone who can’t do everything,
someone who needs help.
And because of that,
I clearly saw the heart of the Indian people—
a heart that is willing to teach, help, and share.
Today, I’ll be traveling to another province
to continue my volunteer work.
If I have the chance,
I’d love to keep sharing these experiences and feelings
to connect our hearts a little more.
Being a volunteer here
is helping my heart grow.
And I want to pass this feeling on to you as well 🤍
