สยามคูโบต้า เปิดค่าย “KUBOTA FARMER ACADEMY” ปั้น Smart Farmer รุ่นใหม่ รองรับเกษตรดิจิทัล
บริษัทสยามคูโบต้าคอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด เดินหน้าพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ ผ่านโครงการ “KUBOTA FARMER ACADEMY” ภายใต้คอนเซ็ปต์ “Next Level ปลุกพลังเกษตรในตัวคุณ” มุ่งเสริมความรู้ด้านเกษตรสมัยใหม่ เทคโนโลยี AgriTech และแนวคิด Smart Farming เพื่อเตรียมคนรุ่นใหม่สู่การเป็น Smart Farmer และผู้ประกอบการเกษตรยุคใหม่ หรือ Agropreneur
โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเป็นปีที่ 3 โดยคัดเลือกผู้เข้ารอบ 30 คนจากผู้สมัครทั่วประเทศ สะท้อนความสนใจของคนรุ่นใหม่ที่มองเห็นโอกาสใหม่ในอาชีพเกษตรกร ท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนผ่านของภาคเกษตรไทยที่ต้องเผชิญความท้าทายทั้งด้านแรงงาน ต้นทุน สภาพอากาศ ตลาด และการแข่งขัน
นางวราภรณ์ โอสถาพันธุ์ กรรมการรองผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส บริษัทสยามคูโบต้าคอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด กล่าวว่า ภาคการเกษตรไทยกำลังอยู่ในช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะโครงสร้างแรงงานภาคเกษตรที่มีอายุเฉลี่ยสูงขึ้น ทำให้การพัฒนาคนรุ่นใหม่ที่มีทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยี การบริหารจัดการ และการใช้ข้อมูล กลายเป็นโจทย์สำคัญของประเทศ
สยามคูโบต้าจึงเดินหน้าสร้าง “เมล็ดพันธุ์คนรุ่นใหม่” ภายใต้แนวคิด Seeding Future Makers เพื่อบ่มเพาะความรู้ ทักษะ และโอกาสให้คนรุ่นใหม่สามารถก้าวสู่ภาคเกษตรได้อย่างมั่นคง พร้อมรองรับโลกเกษตรดิจิทัลที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม
สำหรับหลักสูตร KUBOTA FARMER ACADEMY ปีนี้ ออกแบบให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้พัฒนาศักยภาพอย่างรอบด้าน ผ่านการเรียนรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ ครอบคลุมการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การบริหารต้นทุน การวางแผนธุรกิจ การประยุกต์ใช้ AgriTech และการบริหารจัดการฟาร์มสมัยใหม่
ผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้เรียนรู้จากกรณีศึกษาความสำเร็จจริงจากเกษตรกรต้นแบบและผู้ประกอบการ อาทิ นายสุภชัย ปิติวุฒิ เจ้าของเพจ “ชาวนาวันหยุด” ที่มาร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้คนรุ่นใหม่เห็นโอกาสของอาชีพเกษตรกรรมในยุคดิจิทัล
นอกจากนี้ ภายในคูโบต้าฟาร์ม จ.ชลบุรี ผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้สัมผัสเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมการเกษตรสมัยใหม่อย่างใกล้ชิด ทั้งแทรกเตอร์ รถขุด รถเกี่ยวนวดข้าว รถดำนาไร้คนขับ โดรนการเกษตร และรถปลูกผัก รวมถึงการเรียนรู้ผ่านฐานกิจกรรมด้าน Precision Farming, KUBOTA Agri Solutions (KAS), K-Water, IoT สำหรับพืชไร่ และการเพิ่มมูลค่าผลผลิต
สยามคูโบต้าระบุว่า เป้าหมายสำคัญของโครงการคือการยกระดับเกษตรกรจาก “ผู้ผลิต” ไปสู่ “ผู้ประกอบการเกษตร” ที่สามารถบริหารจัดการฟาร์ม วางแผนธุรกิจ ใช้เทคโนโลยี และต่อยอดผลผลิตสู่สินค้าและบริการที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่มได้อย่างยั่งยืน

Siam Kubota Launches “KUBOTA FARMER ACADEMY” to Cultivate the Next Generation of Smart Farmers and Agropreneurs
Siam Kubota Corporation Co., Ltd. continues its mission to empower the next generation of Thai farmers through the third edition of the “KUBOTA FARMER ACADEMY”, held under the concept “Next Level: Unlock the Farmer Within You.” The program integrates modern agricultural knowledge, AgriTech innovation, and Smart Farming concepts to prepare participants for the future as Smart Farmers and Agropreneurs capable of thriving in the digital agriculture era.
This year, 30 finalists were selected from applicants nationwide, reflecting the growing interest among young people who recognize agriculture as a promising and sustainable career path. The initiative also reinforces Siam Kubota’s commitment to “Seeding Future Makers,” nurturing a new generation equipped with the skills and mindset needed to transform Thailand’s agricultural sector.
Mrs. Waraporn Osotapan, Senior Vice President of Siam Kubota Corporation Co., Ltd., said Thailand’s agricultural sector is undergoing a critical transition, particularly as the farming workforce continues to age. Beyond production challenges, the industry now faces an urgent need to cultivate younger talent with digital capabilities and modern management skills to maintain the country’s competitiveness.
“Thailand’s agricultural future will not be driven by technology alone, but by people who possess knowledge, vision, and the courage to take action,” she said.
Now in its third year, KUBOTA FARMER ACADEMY has been designed to help participants elevate their capabilities through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on experience. The curriculum focuses on future skills essential for the Agropreneur era, where farmers are expected to become not only producers but also business owners and farm managers.
Participants gain knowledge in data analytics, cost management, business planning, AgriTech applications, and modern farm management. They also learn from real success stories shared by leading agricultural entrepreneurs, including Mr. Supachai Pitiwut, owner of the popular “Weekend Farmer” page, who inspired participants with his practical experiences and entrepreneurial journey.
The program also offers immersive experiences with advanced agricultural technologies at Kubota Farm in Chonburi Province. Participants have opportunities to operate various types of machinery and smart farming innovations, including tractors, excavators, combine harvesters, autonomous rice transplanters, agricultural drones, and vegetable planters.
In addition, participants explore key learning stations covering the entire agricultural value chain, including Precision Farming through KUBOTA Agri Solutions (KAS), rice leaf color analysis, seedling management, water management with K-Water systems, value-added agricultural products, and IoT applications for field crops.
According to Siam Kubota, the ultimate goal of KUBOTA FARMER ACADEMY is to transform farmers from producers into agricultural entrepreneurs capable of managing businesses, leveraging technology, and creating sustainable value-added products and services.
