กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม–สภาธุรกิจซาอุดีอาระเบีย–ไทย ร่วมหารือเดินหน้าส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจและวัฒนธรรม
เมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 10.00 น. นางสาวซาบีดา ไทยเศรษฐ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม มอบหมายนางโชติกา อัครกิจโสภากุล รองปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ให้พบหารือกับนาย Osama Kokandy ประธานสภาธุรกิจซาอุดีอาระเบีย–ไทย เพื่อหารือแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจและวัฒนธรรมระหว่างทั้งสองประเทศ
และการส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมไทย (CPOT) โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มเครื่องหอมและเครื่องประดับเจาะตลาดกำลังซื้อสูงในซาอุดีอาระเบีย รวมทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือด้านวัฒนธรรมระหว่างทั้งสองฝ่าย
ในการนี้ มีนางสาวสวรรยา พาลีเขต นายกสมาคมท่องเที่ยวไทย–อาหรับ นางสาวอุรุษยา อินทรสุขศรี ผู้ช่วยปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมการหารือ ณ ห้องรับรอง 1 ชั้น 8 กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม
On 7 July 2026, at 10.00 hrs., Ms. Sabeeda Thaised, Minister of Culture, assigned Mrs. Chotika Akkrakitsophakul, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Culture, to hold a discussion with Mr. Osama Kokandy, Chairman of the Saudi-Thai Business Council, to exchange views on ways to strengthen economic and cultural cooperation between Thailand and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The discussion also explored opportunities to promote Thai Cultural Products (CPOT), particularly Thai aromatic and herbal wellness products, as well as jewelry, in Saudi Arabia’s high-purchasing-power market. In addition, both sides exchanged views and constructive recommendations on further advancing cultural cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by Ms. Sawanya Paleekhet, President of the Thai-Arab Tourism Association, Ms. Urusaya Intrasuksri, Assistant Permanent Secretary for Culture, and relevant officials, at the Ministry of Culture.
