AIA ประเทศไทย เปิดตัว "AIA Connect" อาคารสำนักงานพรีเมียมแห่งใหม่ ชูแนวคิด Home-Inspired Workplace ยกระดับ New CBD พระราม 9
เอไอเอ ประเทศไทย (AIA Thailand) เปิดตัว AIA Connect อาคารสำนักงานระดับพรีเมียมแห่งใหม่อย่างเป็นทางการ บนถนนรัชดาภิเษก–พระราม 9 ตอกย้ำการลงทุนระยะยาวในประเทศไทย พร้อมยกระดับมาตรฐานพื้นที่ทำงานแห่งอนาคตภายใต้แนวคิด "Home-Inspired Workplace" และวิสัยทัศน์ "Where Possibilities Connect"
การเปิดตัวครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นท่ามกลางผู้บริหารระดับสูงของกลุ่มบริษัทเอไอเอ ผู้แทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐ พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ ลูกค้าองค์กร และสื่อมวลชน โดยถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของเอไอเอ ประเทศไทย ในปีแห่งการเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 88 ปี ของการดำเนินธุรกิจในประเทศไทย
นายนิคฮิล แอดวานี ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร เอไอเอ ประเทศไทย กล่าวว่า AIA Connect ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นให้เป็นมากกว่าอาคารสำนักงาน แต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่เชื่อมโยงผู้คน ธุรกิจ และเมืองเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจและรูปแบบการทำงานยุคใหม่ ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ Where Possibilities Connect พร้อมสนับสนุนพันธกิจ Healthier, Longer, Better Lives ของเอไอเอ
ด้านนายหลี่ หยวน ซยอง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ กลุ่มบริษัทเอไอเอ กล่าวว่า ประเทศไทยยังคงเป็นหนึ่งในตลาดยุทธศาสตร์ที่สำคัญของกลุ่มบริษัทเอไอเอในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก โดย AIA Connect นับเป็นอาคารสำนักงานเชิงพาณิชย์แห่งที่ 4 ภายใต้การลงทุนของเอไอเอ ประเทศไทย สะท้อนบทบาทของบริษัทในฐานะนักลงทุนสถาบันระยะยาวที่มุ่งสร้างคุณค่าทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างยั่งยืน
AIA Connect ตั้งอยู่บนทำเลศักยภาพของย่าน New CBD พระราม 9 พร้อมทางเชื่อมโดยตรงกับสถานี MRT ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย และจะยิ่งเพิ่มศักยภาพด้านการเดินทางเมื่อรถไฟฟ้าสายสีส้มเปิดให้บริการในอนาคต
อาคารได้รับการออกแบบภายใต้แนวคิด Home-Inspired Workplace รองรับการทำงานรูปแบบ Hybrid Work พร้อมพื้นที่รีเทล ร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ ฟิตเนส พื้นที่สีเขียว และพื้นที่ Pet Friendly ซึ่งถือเป็นแห่งแรกของอาคารเอไอเอในประเทศไทย
นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานอาคารระดับสากล (Pre-Certified) ถึง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่
LEED Gold ด้านอาคารประหยัดพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม
WELL Gold ด้านสุขภาวะผู้ใช้อาคาร
WiredScore Platinum ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลและการเชื่อมต่อ
AIA ระบุว่า AIA Connect ไม่เพียงเป็นอาคารสำนักงานแห่งใหม่ แต่ยังสะท้อนความเชื่อมั่นในการลงทุนระยะยาวในประเทศไทย พร้อมร่วมขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ คุณภาพชีวิต และการเติบโตของกรุงเทพมหานครในฐานะศูนย์กลางธุรกิจแห่งอนาคต
AIA Thailand unveils "AIA Connect", a premium office tower redefining the future workplace in Bangkok's New CBD
AIA Thailand has officially launched AIA Connect, its newest premium office tower located on Ratchadaphisek–Rama 9 Road, reinforcing the company's long-term investment commitment to Thailand while introducing a new workplace concept under the vision "Where Possibilities Connect."
The launch ceremony brought together senior executives from AIA Group, government representatives, regulators, business partners, corporate clients and members of the media. The opening also marks a significant milestone as AIA Thailand celebrates its 88th anniversary in the country.
Nikhil Advani, Chief Executive Officer of AIA Thailand, said AIA Connect is designed to be more than an office building. It serves as a platform connecting people, businesses and the city, supporting future economic growth while reflecting AIA's commitment to "Healthier, Longer, Better Lives."
Lee Yuan Siong, Group Chief Executive and President of AIA Group, said Thailand remains one of the company's key strategic markets in Asia-Pacific. AIA Connect represents AIA Thailand's fourth commercial office investment and demonstrates the group's long-term confidence in Thailand's economic future.
Located in Bangkok's rapidly growing New CBD on Rama 9 Road, AIA Connect offers direct access to MRT Thailand Cultural Centre Station and is expected to benefit further from the upcoming Orange Line interchange.
Developed under the Home-Inspired Workplace concept, the building is designed to support hybrid working with lifestyle-oriented amenities including retail spaces, restaurants, cafés, fitness facilities, landscaped green areas and AIA's first Pet-Friendly Zone in Thailand.
The development has also achieved three internationally recognized pre-certifications:
LEED Gold for sustainable building design
WELL Gold for occupant health and wellness
WiredScore Platinum for digital connectivity and smart infrastructure
