Some days the sky seems to understand exactly how we feel.
Rain all day, a darkened sky, and hours spent inside an ICU.
I don’t need to find meaning in everything tonight.
Some days are simply heavy.
Let the rain fall. Let the night pass.
Tomorrow, the sky will be different.
Tonight, the sky is dark.
The rain keeps falling.
Even the moon dismiss
But darkness is only the sky we see right now—
not the sky that will always be.
So I’ll let tonight be tonight,
and leave tomorrow to tomorrow.
The future is there, but you don’t have to chase it tonight. ❤️
