🌟 True Digital Park team is hiring Project Manager (Contract - 1 year) 🚀
RESPONSIBILITY:
In this role, you'll be working on several projects ranging from internal initiatives to collaborations with corporates and governments. 🌐
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with project owners on the customer's side. 👥
- Organizing and planning small to medium-sized events, both online, offline, and hybrid. 📅
- Creating concise content, event descriptions, and recaps for social media posts and internal communication. 📝
- Recruiting targeted individuals for each project. 🤝
- Researching, contacting, and negotiating with suitable speakers and mentors. 🎤
- Handling paperwork related to the compensation of speakers and mentors. 📑
REQUIREMENTS:
We're looking for a team player with an eye for detail and:
- Working knowledge of the startup ecosystem (super advantage!). 🚀
- Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and related platforms. 💻
- Effective communication skills in person and in writing, with a wide range of people. 🗣️
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (both verbal and written). 🌐
- Quick problem-solving skills, adept at meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects. ⏰
NICE TO HAVE (extra credits for consideration):
Candidates with the following will be given extra consideration:
- Experience in constructing inception reports, proposals, and presentations for government and corporate projects. 📊
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Open Broadcaster Software, and vMix. 🎨
- Tech-savvy individuals with a background in event organizer companies or agencies. 🌐
