The second document was sent from a deputy commander of the Technology Crime Suppression Division to inform the criminal procedure, referring to document number 01/2560, on September 25, 2023, requesting facts and the progress of Thaksin charges.
Coinciding with the previous report from the Department of Corrections (DoC), Thaksin was on a special parole list due to his age and his health. The official list was presumably released on 18 February.
