สายการบินไทย ไลอ้อน แอร์ ออกมาตรการต่อเนื่องจากสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในพื้นที่หาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา
สำหรับผู้โดยสารที่ซื้อบัตรโดยสาร ก่อนวันที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เดินทางวันที่ 22-30 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เส้นทางบิน ดอนเมือง-หาดใหญ่ หาดใหญ่-ดอนเมือง หรือ หาดใหญ่-อุดรธานี อุดรธานี-หาดใหญ่
** หากไม่สามารถติดต่อสายการบินฯได้ และผ่านวันเดินทางมาแล้ว บัตรโดยสารจะถูกเก็บเครดิตไว้ 90 วัน ท่านสามารถติดต่อมาภายหลัง เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเดินทางได้ไม่เกิน 90 วัน นับจากวันเดินทางเดิม
สามารถเลือกรับสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางตามเงื่อนไขของสายการบิน ผ่านศูนย์บริการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์หรือติดต่อผ่านเคาน์เตอร์จำหน่ายบัตรโดยสารของสายการบินทุกสถานี ดังนี้
1. เก็บเครดิตบัตรโดยสาร 90 วัน นับจากกำหนดการเดินทางเดิม
2. เปลี่ยนแปลงเที่ยวบินได้ 1 ครั้ง โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายภายใน 90 วัน
3. เปลี่ยนแปลงเส้นทางไปยังเส้นทางบินในภาคใต้ ระหว่างวันที่ 22-30 พฤศจิกายน 2568 โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
*ไม่มีบริการรถรับ-ส่ง ในกรณีเปลี่ยนแปลงเส้นทาง
*หากมีการเปลี่ยนการเดินทางในช่วงวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์หรือวันหยุดยาว ผู้โดยสารจะต้องชำระส่วนต่างค่าโดยสาร(ถ้ามี)
แต่จะไม่มีการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการเปลี่ยนแปลง

Thai Lion Air additional measures in response to the flooding situation in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province. These measures apply to passengers who purchased tickets before 25 November 2025 and are traveling between 22–30 November 2025 on the following routes:
Don Mueang–Hat Yai, Hat Yai–Don Mueang, Hat Yai–Udon Thani, and Udon Thani–Hat Yai
** Passengers who are unable to contact the airline and whose travel date has already passed, their tickets will automatically be kept as credit for 90 days. You may contact the airline later to change your travel date within 90 days from the original travel date.
Passengers may choose to receive the travel change options in accordance with the airline’s conditions through our Contact Center or at any Thai Lion Air ticketing counter as follows:
1. Keep the ticket as credit for 90 days from the original travel date.
2. Change the flight once without any charges within 90 days.
3. Change the travel route to any Southern destination between 22–30 November 2025 without any charges.
Remarks:
- No shuttle service is provided in cases of route changes.
- If travel date is changed to public holidays or long weekends, passengers must pay the fare difference, if any.
- Terms and conditions are subject to the airline’s regulations.
