สำหรับการประชุมดังกล่าว กำหนดจัดขึ้นในวันเสาร์ที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 13.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ณ อาคารรัฐสภา โดยมีวาระสำคัญ อาทิ การชี้แจงเป้าหมาย นโยบาย และข้อบังคับในการดำเนินงานขององค์กร ตลอดจนการกำหนดมาตรฐานการแต่งกายที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ พร้อมทั้งมอบหมายบทบาทและหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของคณะกรรมการแต่ละฝ่ายอย่างชัดเจน
ทั้งนี้ การประชุมดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของคณะกรรมการ และยกระดับการประสานงานภายในองค์กรให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างเป็นระบบ

At the Parliament Complex, an important meeting was convened to clarify organizational regulations, operational objectives, and working guidelines for committee members, aiming to ensure unified direction and effective coordination across all sectors.
The meeting was scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 1:00 PM onwards at the Parliament Complex. Key agenda items included briefings on the organization’s objectives, policies, and operational regulations, as well as dress code standards appropriate for official duties.
