Central Pattana Invests THB 4.5 Billion in “Central Northville”, Introducing Thailand’s First Outdoor-Inspired Indoor Shopping Centre
New mixed-use landmark aims to transform North Bangkok and Nonthaburi into a Future Living Destination
Central Pattana Plc, Thailand’s leading sustainable real estate developer, is set to launch “Central Northville”, a THB 4.5-billion mixed-use development positioned as “The New District of North Bangkok” and Thailand’s first Outdoor-Inspired Indoor Shopping Centre.
Scheduled to officially open on July 3, 2026, the project spans more than 59 rai with a gross building area of 210,000 square metres, making it the largest mixed-use development in northern Bangkok and Nonthaburi.
Central Northville represents the next evolution of Central Pattana’s successful “Ville Series”, following Central EastVille, a pioneer of semi-outdoor lifestyle destinations, and Central Westville, an eco-living destination. The new project introduces a “Future Living Destination” concept centered around longevity, wellness, and sustainable living.
According to Dr. Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, Chief Marketing Officer of Central Pattana Plc, Nonthaburi has emerged as one of Thailand’s key strategic growth areas, supported by strong purchasing power, expanding infrastructure, and a growing affluent residential base.
The company aims to transform Rattanathibet into the “Northville District”, creating a new economic and lifestyle hub that integrates retail, green spaces, wellness, and community living.
One of the project's highlights is the introduction of Thailand’s first fully biophilic indoor garden concept. Inspired by global lifestyle destinations such as The Hyundai Seoul in South Korea and Singapore’s Changi Airport, the development incorporates natural light, water elements, greenery, and organic architecture to promote well-being and longevity.
Central Northville also caters to the growing active lifestyle trend with attractions including Thailand’s largest D-Sports Stadium from Japan, Fitness First Refined featuring Hyrox and Pilates concepts, a 450-metre jogging track, and dedicated family and pet-friendly zones such as Playville and Petville.
The retail complex will house more than 300 brands, alongside key businesses within the Central Group including Tops, Supersports, Power Buy, B2S, and OfficeMate. The project will also feature a curated dining experience with popular brands such as Solsot, Katsu Midori, Momo Paradise, Fam Time, Saemaeul Express, Eat Am Are, Chagee, Joe’s Wing, and Foodville's new Urban View concept.
Through Central Northville, Central Pattana seeks to redefine urban living by creating a destination that balances nature, lifestyle, and community while supporting long-term quality of life for all generations.
