- เราชอบสถานการณ์ไหนมากกว่ากัน ระหว่าง Scenario#1 (ออกแบบมุมฉาก คนเลยเดินลัดสนาม) หรือ #2 (ออกแบบให้มุมตัด คนเดินสะดวก)
พิจารณาภาพประกอบด้านล่าง 🤔
- ตามหลักการ Human & Organizational Performance - ผู้นำองค์กรควรคาดการณ์ไว้ว่ามนุษย์อาจจะทำผิดพลาด ไม่ว่าจะชำนาญงาน และตั้งใจทำงานแค่ไหนก็ตาม
- ดังนั้น เราจึงควรออกแบบระบบงานโดยพิจารณาให้ครอบคลุม ถึงข้อผิดพลาด และ ความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงาน
- ในโลกแห่งความเป็นจริง เราไม่สามารถ ขจัดข้อผิดพลาดและความเสี่ยง ออกจากระบบงานของเราได้ทั้งหมด ดังนั้นเราต้องสร้างความสามารถเชิงระบบ ในการรับมือกับ ข้อผิดพลาดและความเสี่ยงในระบบงาน
- ท้ายที่สุด เราออกแบบระบบ เพื่อตอบสนอง กลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจและความต้องการของลูกค้า 😍
- และดังนั้น เราจึงควร ควรท้าทายตรวจสอบระบบปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ ว่ายังมีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถแข่งขันได้หรือไม่ เพราะว่าสมรภูมิทางธุรกิจภายนอกเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วมาก📈🚊📊
- โดยสรุป เราต้องสร้างระบบที่มีความยืดหยุ่น (Resilience System) พร้อม การป้องกันที่มีประสิทธิภาพ (Effective safeguards) เพื่อรับมือกับข้อผิดพลาดและการละเมิด (errors & violations) !!!

- As per Human & Organizational Performance principle, we should anticipate that people will make mistakes, even for the skillful persons. 🤦♂️🧑💼👨💼
- Consequently, we should design the work system to include error & violation. 👷♀️
- In other words, we cannot remove errors & risks from our work system, so that we must build error & risk competency into the work system. ⚠️
- At bottomline, we design system to serve Business Strategic intent & Customer Requirement. 😍
- And built on that thought, we should always challenges the defaulted system, to see if it is still effective and competitive. This is because the external business landscape keep changing rapidly. 📈🚊📊
- In conclusion, we must build a resilience system with effective safeguards, to cope up with errors & violations!!!
