Monochrome: This Cafe Will Surprise You with Coffee and a Mini Gallery
We found this cafe by chance, and it was far more memorable than we expected. Monochrome is a small, cosy cafe on Decho Road in the bustling Silom area.
The experience was full of surprises as we stumbled upon a mini art gallery inside the shop—it’s A MOMENT TO REMEMBER by Sandier, on display until the end of August. That’s when we felt we’d made the right decision to relax here.
But that’s not all. After ordering an iced local classic, Es-Yen (80 THB), the staff offered a complimentary iced Americano using their special blend (a mix of seasonal and house beans), which comes with every coffee order. All we can say is wow.
Spending a few hours here feels truly warm and peaceful, despite the cafe being on the main road. That’s just one of the reasons we recommend visiting—and returning again to try new coffee blends and future art exhibitions later this year!
