Scarlett’s French Cuisine with silom’s skyline view
We recently visited Scarlett Bangkok for NON-PLACE: Connection Within A Disconnected Place at the Scarlett Outsider Gallery. Don’t miss this exhibition, which runs through to mid-September 2026—it brings such a warm, inviting atmosphere to the space. Anyway, let’s talk about the French dining experience here.
We started with a cheese and cold cuts board (starting at 380 THB), where you can choose the board size or take a tour to select your own cheeses. One classic we always look out for is the traditional onion soup (340 THB)—the combination of rich onion broth and melted cheese really kick-starts the meal before the mains.
Next came the Australian Wagyu steak (starting from 1,990 THB). We ordered the striploin and rib eye, and neither disappointed. The juicy, tender beef is a must-try whenever you book a table here! We didn’t come just for the meat, though; their Caesar salad (440 THB) is an easy side dish that balances out the richness of the steak.
Scarlett isn’t just about steak and salad, either. Seafood options like the Atlantic clams vongole (480 THB) or Tuesday’s French Fine de Claire No.4 Oysters (at just 1 USD per piece) sound tempting, don't they?
We’d also say don’t leave the table without sampling their crafted desserts. The signature apple pie (350 THB) pairs beautifully with caramel ice cream, while the Mille-Feuille (350 THB) offers a perfect balance of smooth cream and crunchy pastry.
Overall, the experience is simple yet intriguing. The 37th-floor view is undeniable, while the French cuisine leaves a lasting impression that will certainly draw us back to Scarlett again soon.
